The Ajmer Development Authority (ADA) has recently launched the Atal Awasiya Yojana – Chachiyawas (2025), an ambitious residential scheme aimed at promoting affordable and well-planned housing in the city. Covering an area of around 6.27 hectares (approximately 40 bighas) in Chachiyawas, the scheme offers 191 residential plots out of a total of 270 plots available for allotment. This initiative focuses on creating a modern and sustainable living environment for citizens belonging to various income groups, including the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Lower Income Group (LIG), and Middle Income Group (MIG).
