Sushant Golf City Agreement
1. As a real estate service provider, we rely on information given by developers through representatives, advertisements, or media.
2. Users should check the website regularly for updates about real estate projects.
3. If a property booked through our company is canceled, the client must inform us and may have to pay a nominal charge for issuing a no-objection certificate.
4. We act only as a service provider. We are not responsible if the builder delays possession, changes project plans, layout, design, area, or cancels the project.
5. We do not take part in developers’ decisions or obtaining approvals from authorities. We depend on the documents provided by the developer and are not responsible for any misrepresentation by them.
6. Only written commitments on our official letterhead, made by authorized company personnel, are valid. Verbal promises or messages from personal accounts are not recognized.
7. Clients must follow the rules of the developer. We can coordinate with developers on client queries but are not responsible if the response is unsatisfactory. Any interest, penalties, or cancellation imposed by the developer are the client’s responsibility.
8. We are not responsible for cancellations caused by incomplete or invalid documents, delays in loan approvals, or other financial institution issues.
9. Any disputes will first be resolved through an arbitrator agreed upon by the client and company. If no agreement is reached, the arbitrator will be appointed by the court. All legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida.
Indemnity
Users agree to protect and hold the company, its directors, employees, consultants, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from the user’s violation of these terms or misuse of the website/services.
