Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has launched an alluring residential Scheme Indraprastha Scheme (code 915-41D). 250 houses will be allotted under this scheme.
Interested candidates can register online from 27/04/2022 to 26/06/2022.
The house will be allotted through the draw on 29/09/2022 in Ghaziabad Authority’s Community Center at 11:00 AM.

Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA)
Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) was constituted under section-4 urban planning and development Act,1973 by Uttar Pradesh Government. GDA was formed by a government order dated 09/03/1977.
Authority was set up to prepare the master plan for planned and controlled urban development. The main objective was to acquire land for housing and urban development. Ghaziabad Development Authority has also set targets to develop physical and social infrastructure such as Hi-tech, Green, and Smart Cities.
The area under GDA Includes Ghaziabad, Loni, Murad Nagar, and Modi Nagar. Recently nine villages were added under the jurisdiction of the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA), which was earlier falling under the jurisdiction of the Greater Noida Development Authority.
