The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has recently introduced three major residential plot schemes Ganga Vihar, Yamuna Vihar, and Saraswati Vihar Plot Schemes – 2025.
These initiatives aim to provide affordable and well-planned housing plots for residents of Jaipur, promoting systematic urban development and inclusive growth.
The new schemes are located in well-connected areas such as near Bassi Railway Station, Chaksu Tehsil, and Daulatpura, offering easy access to key city zones. Each scheme features modern urban amenities, including paved roads, electricity, water supply, sewerage systems, and green zones.
• Ganga Vihar Plot Scheme: Reserve price of approx. Rs. 14,000 per sq. meter.
• Yamuna Vihar Plot Scheme: Reserve price of approx. Rs. 15,500 per sq. meter.
• Saraswati Vihar Plot Scheme: Similar price range with strategic connectivity.
• Total Plots Offered: Around 765 residential plots under these three schemes.
• Application Period: From 13th May 2025 to 12th June 2025.
• Allotment Method: Transparent computerized lottery draw system.
