Upcoming Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) plot scheme 2022
Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is soon going to launch a residential plot scheme in 2022 in new Chandigarh. Approximately 289 residential plots in different sizes will be available for sale in the new scheme.
The plots are located in Eco City-2. It is close to Eco City-1, Medicity, International Airport, and Punjab University.

Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) has been incorporated under the provisions of section 29 (1) of the Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995 for the development of the areas of Mohali and other surrounding areas like Zirakpur, Kharar, Mullanpur, Roop Nagar, Mandi Gobindgarh, Fatehgarh Sahib, Banur, & Derabassi.
The main objective of the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is to promote better planning & development of the urban area. It includes the acquisition, and disposition of land for residential, commercial, and industrial purposes.
As per the requirement of the state government and board, Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) prepares and implements regional plans, master plans, new township development plans, and township improvement plans.
