The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has launched the Affordable Housing Project – Sector 12 Phase II (2025) to provide quality homes for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) under the Housing for All initiative. The project features 6,452 residential units spread across seven plots in Sector 12, Pune Metropolitan Region.
This large-scale project covers around 28.77 acres and includes essential amenities such as internal roads, sewage treatment plants, water supply, stormwater systems, landscaped areas, and parking facilities. It follows the success of Phase I, which delivered over 4,800 units.
