The project, titled HFA for EWS (275) & LIG (490) at Four Locations in SUDA Area, aims to provide quality homes to families belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) categories.
The scheme includes the construction of 275 EWS dwelling units and 490 LIG dwelling units across four different locations within the SUDA region. The total estimated project cost is around ?59.17 crore, ensuring both affordability and sustainability.
Key Features of the Project
• Category of Houses: 275 units for EWS and 490 units for LIG.
• Unit Size: EWS units – around 25.59 sq. m; LIG units – around 38.10 sq. m.
• Objective: To provide affordable, safe, and well-planned housing with proper amenities.
